Over the years, a considerable amount of information regarding the earliest development stage of the original Rayman game has been unveiled, through the featured Pix 'N Love article about a Super Nintendo Entertainment System version of the game, from Michel Ancelhimself, and an early dumped ROM of the version.

Mario & Luigi: Kola Kingdom Quest is a reboot of Super Mario Bros. 5 Reborn. This 74-level hack uses many of the same tilesets and music tracks, and World themes, but contains completely redesigned levels and a new, much less blocky Overworld. It also features REAL HDMA gradients and custom Layer 3 images. Difficulty is probably comparable to the average Mario game. It starts out easy, but gets harder as the game progresses.

Chrono Trigger: Crimson Echoes is a fan-made game that was originally set for release on May 31st, 2009. Work for it began in 2004 made by Chrono Compendium

The Lost Vikings 2 is a puzzle platform video game developed by Blizzard Entertainment and published by Interplay. The sequel to The Lost Vikings, it features the original three characters plus two new playable characters: Fang the werewolf and Scorch the dragon. The gameplay remains largely the same, though the three Viking characters all have new or modified abilities.

Dragon Knight 4 (ドラゴンナイト４) is an erotic role-playing video game developed by ELF Corporation and released only in Japan for several platforms between 1994 and 1997. In 1994, the game first became available for PC MS-DOS, NEC PC-9801 and X68000, with a censored version ported to the Super Nintendo Entertainment System in 1996 and later to the PC-FX, PlayStation and Sega Saturn in 1997. It was also adapted into illustrated novels and an anime miniseries.

Dragon Knight 4 is a continuation of the Dragon Knight series, and a sequel to Knights of Xentar. Dragon Knight 4 has a new protagonist, Kakeru, the son of Takeru from the previous games.

Last Bible III is a Japan-only release from Atlus. Unlike the first two Last Bible games, this one was only released once, and for a non-portable system.

The King of Dragons (Japanese: ザ・キングオブドラゴンズ^?) is a 1991 side-scrolling hack and slash video game by Capcom that allows players to choose from five characters in order to travel through the kingdom of Malus and defeat the monsters that have taken over, as well as their leader, the red dragon Gildiss. It features a level advancement system, allowing character attributes to be upgraded as players progress through the game. The setting is very similar to that of Dungeons & Dragons and other medieval fantasy worlds, with familiar monsters such as Orcs, Gnolls, Harpies, Wyverns, Cyclopes, and Minotaurs. The music in this game was composed by Yoko Shimomura.

The game was ported to the Super NES and released in 1994. An emulated version of the game was released as part of Capcom Classics Collection Vol. 2 and Capcom Classics Collection: Reloaded.

Parallel Remodel is a remodeled version of the famous Zelda3 hack Parallel Worlds, that we all know as an extremely difficult game. Parallel Worlds is altogether a great technological marvel, with new gfx, various asm patches, completely new overworld and dungeons etc. It has the potential of being even better than Alttp, but the gameplay is somewhat too radical. The backtracking was (in not so rare occasions) escalated to the extreme, the same goes for the health of some enemies. Some intellectual problems in the dark world dungeons are algorithm marvels: sure this is a good thing for math (Euclid really fits his nickname), but this is not a good thing for the player, who can easily give up.

A Translated version of DoReMi Fantasy: Milon's DokiDoki Adventure (ドレミファンタジー ミロンのドキドキ大冒険 "DoReMi Fantasy: Milon no DokiDoki Daibouken"^?) is a 1996 game released only in Japan for the Super Famicom by Hudson Soft. The game is a sequel to the 1988 NES game, Milon's Secret Castle.

It was re-released for the Wii's Virtual Console in North America on March 10, 2008, under the "Import" category, and in Europe as part of the 3rd Hanabi Festival on September 5, 2008. This version is virtually identical to the original version, and was not translated.

BS The Legend of Zelda: Ancient Stone Tablets was a game for the BS-X Broadcasting System add-on for the Super Famicom (the Japanese Super Nintendo). Games were downloaded from St. GIGA's satellite radio service. The game was much like a Second Quest or Master Quest of A Link to the Past, sharing a very similar overworld with slight changes and entirely new dungeons. Unlike a Second Quest however, it has an entirely new story. Various actions earned the player points, and these points could later be traded in to Nintendo for different prizes.

Ancient Stone Tablets is different from most other Zelda games as the game's central heroes are actually the avatars of the player's ID for the BS-X Broadcasting System, drawn into Hyrule, which is also true for BS The Legend of Zelda. The difference being that this time the player does not take the place of Link, but takes part in a new tale set after the events of A Link to the Past. The male character wears a green tunic (though others are later available) and a backwards baseball cap. The female character has long red hair and is otherwise almost exactly the same as the male.

Chrono Trigger: Flames of Eternity is an under developement hack based on the famous Chrono Trigger game.

ActRaiser, released in Japan as Actraiser (アクトレイザー Akutoreizā^?), is a 1990 Super Nintendo Entertainment System platform and city-building simulation game developed by Quintet and published by Enix (now Square Enix) that combines traditional side-scrolling platforming with urban planning god game sections. A sequel, ActRaiser 2, was released for the Super Nintendo in 1993. In 2007, ActRaiser became available on the Wii's Virtual Console download service in Europe, North America, and Japan. A version of the game was also released for European mobile phones in 2004.
